§ 105-43. Banners—On city light standards.

The city manager or his/her designee is authorized to administer the placement of banners on city light standards. Approval of all applications to display banners on city light standards shall be given by the city only if all conditions in this article are met. Banners displayed in the city area shall be those sponsored by, designed for and commissioned by, fabricated for, and installed by the direction of the city.
