§ 8-400. [Vendors at special events.]

Vendors at special events permitted by the city shall be required to comply with this code section and with all ordinances, policies and regulations of the city. Vendors at special events shall submit payment for their license fee (no administrative fee shall be required from special event vendors as the administrative fee is paid by the special event permittee) and documentation required by this ordinance to the special event permittee, who shall be then responsible for submitting all vendor license payments and documentation required by this ordinance to the city prior to the event. In the event the permittee of the special event is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and the special event is conducted for the purpose of raising charitable funds for that organization, vendors at said special event shall submit the required documentation but no vendor fee shall be required.
