§ 3-38. Fees enumerated.

License fees applicable to this chapter are set out in section 2-110 of this Code and are repeated here for convenience. These fees are prospective only and any current license holder will not be responsible for any increase or receive any refund:

(1)

Retail dealers of alcohol to be consumed on the premises:

a.

Beer or wine: $500.00 per year

b.

Beer and wine: $1,000.00 per year

c.

Distilled spirits: $4,000.00 per year

d.

Distilled spirits, beer and wine: $4,500.00 per year

(2)

Retail dealers of alcohol sold in original packages to be consumed off premises:

a.

Beer or wine: $500.00 per year

b.

Beer and wine: $1,000.00 per year

c.

Distilled spirits: $4,000.00 per year

d.

Distilled spirits, beer and wine: $4,500.00 per year

e.

Distillery, brewery, or brewpub that also holds a license for on-premise consumption: $1,000.00 per year

Wholesale dealers are exempt from license fees.

Temporary license for organizations are $100.00 per day, maximum ten days per year.

(5)

Art shop license for allowing customers to bring in a bottle or bottles of wine and/or beer to be consumed on the premises $100.00 per year.

(6)

Licensed alcoholic beverage caterer: $500.00 per year.

(7)

License fees are pro-rated the first year that the license is issued based on the date issued as follows:

a.

January 1 to June 30: The full amount of the license fee designated is due.

b.

July 1 to December 31: One-half of the full amount of the license fee designated is due.

License application investigation and administrative fee: $100.00.

(9)

Beer and/or wine amenity permit: $250.00 per year; not subject to proration.

Initial amenity permit application administrative fee: $50.00.

(11)

Alcoholic beverage caterer permit fee:

• Licensed by the city: $25.00 per event.

• Licensed by jurisdictions other than the city: $50.00 per event.
