§ 11-52. Title.

Latest version.

This article shall be known as the "City of Dawsonville, Georgia, Hotel—Motel Excise Tax Ordinance" and shall replace in its entirety the prior ordinance of the same name enacted on January 6, 1998, and all amendments thereto.
